We ship Australia-wide. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria.

• Standard shipping: $9.95 flat rate, 3–7 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over $75

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

• Change of mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. Return postage is at the buyer's expense.
• Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days at hello@sustainablywrapped.com and we'll make it right.
