About the Products

Where do these products come from?
Our range was originally created by The Keeper, a much-loved Australian eco store. When The Keeper closed its doors, we launched Sustainably Wrapped to make sure these products found good homes rather than going to waste.

What materials are the bags made from?
Our bags are made from natural materials including organic cotton, muslin, mesh, jute, and diamond weave cotton — all designed to replace single-use plastic bags.

Are the bags machine washable?
Yes! Most of our bags can be machine washed on a gentle cycle and hung to dry. Avoid tumble drying to extend their life.

How do I use produce bags?
Simply use them in place of the plastic bags provided in the fruit and veg section at the supermarket or market. They're see-through, lightweight, and easy to weigh at the checkout.

How long will my order take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days from Melbourne. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia only.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our current range is original The Keeper stock — once it's gone, it's gone. We recommend grabbing what you love sooner rather than later!
