Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@sustainablywrapped.com within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. This is your right under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

As a small business selling limited stock, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully — we're happy to answer any questions before you buy.

Wrong item received

If we send you the wrong item, contact us and we'll fix it immediately.
